[Post-sale delivery]:
1. If the product has quality issues, please contact customer service for assistance within 7 days of receiving the product (take photos of the product and inform customer service). The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer. If the product is found to have quality issues, the shipping cost for the replacement will be borne by us; if the product is found to have no quality issues, the shipping cost for the replacement will be borne by the buyer.
2. For non-quality issues, due to the special nature of adult products, returns and exchanges are generally not supported.
[Wholesale after-sales service for orders over 1000 yuan]:
1. If the product has quality issues: Please collect the defective items and return them together within 3 months. The return shipping cost is at your own expense, and the cost of reshipment will be borne by us (please ensure the packaging is intact, all accessories are complete, and the product has not been used; we will not accept returns of used products)
