- Note
1 : Do not over-tighten the clamp that holds the skimmer mounting bracket in place on the pool's sidewall. Over-tightening the mounting clamp can cause the mount bracket or the clamp to break.
- Note 2 : For best skimming results, the outer edge lip of the skimmer's basket should always be kept aligned slightly above the pool's water level, and the height should be adjusted to accommodate changes in your pool's water level. This enables the skimmer's suction to quickly capture floating leaves and debris and secure them in the basket.
