Purchase Instructions, Transaction Details
1. Minimum order quantity:
All products are sold with a minimum order of one box (the number of items per box varies depending on the specifications, see product details page), and mixed orders are supported.
2. Regarding the issue of damage:
Plastic products may be damaged during transportation, which is not a quality issue. Damage and quality issues are different because the rough handling during logistics is uncontrollable, and damage is inevitable. We can only strengthen the packaging. If damage occurs, the product can be returned for a refund. We will be responsible for collecting the damaged products, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not accept returns or exchanges for secondary damage. Regular logistics companies do not provide compensation for plastic products, so we can only sell the damaged products as scrap. Therefore, each party will have to bear a small portion of the cost. We ask for mutual understanding and consideration.All products are not eligible for return without reason. Plastic products are returned damaged, which affects their resale value.If a return is absolutely necessary, it will be processed according to the rules for returns due to damage.
3. Regarding the price:
The prices on the website are all ex-factory prices, excluding shipping and taxes. For customers with large orders, please contact us.

5. Regarding shipping costs:
Freight is payable upon delivery. The freight for regular logistics is the same as the freight paid in advance, with no additional charges. Please enter 0 for freight when placing an order. For shipping, we prefer logistics companies with which we regularly cooperate or that offer direct routes. 6. Shipping time:
Items purchased on the same day are normally shipped on the same day, but orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the next day. Customers with time constraints must inform our customer service staff. We will try our best to accommodate customer needs. Any losses caused by delays not specified will be borne by the buyer.
